We believe you learn the Real Estate business by doing the business and not in a classroom. We realize it can be pretty scary going out to meet with a potential customer and fielding questions you've probably never thought of before. That's why we developed our Mentoring Program. A good analogy is having a life preserver to support you the first time you jump into the deep end of a pool until you learn how to stay afloat by yourself.

We assign newly licensed Associates to an experienced Mentor who will assist them through their first 6 transactions (or longer if you feel you need more training). Your Mentor will be with you every step of the way to make sure your customer receives the kind of service they expect, and your transactions end with a successful closing. After leaving the Mentoring program your Broker will assist with those difficult questions and situations that sometimes arise.

In addition to our Mentoring program the back office of our website offers a broad selection of training videos covering a wide variety of real estate related subjects. 

Our monthly meetings always include guest speakers who represent companies that offer great programs, often exclusive to AmeriTeam agents,  designed to help you sell more real estate.
