This is a great opportunity to segway into a career in Real Estate. The A-Team gives you the opportunity to work whatever hours you want from 8 a.m. through 9 p.m., Monday through Friday. You provide the phone, computer with Internet access, and the pleasant voice...we provide the recruiting leads base, CRM and Dialing System, flexible hours, and a great income opportunity.
AmeriTeam is a 100% commission paid real estate company specializing in independent agent skill building, applications of industry technology and lead generation. The brokerage you will be making calls on behalf of represents over 200 Realtors® in the State of Florida. Our goal is to provide our agents with the highest quality sources of new leads, real estate technology and training for their business today; and to provide you with an enjoyable way to produce income right from your home, paid to you weekly.

Requirements
- AmeriTeam is looking for callers with previous telemarketing and cold calling experience.

High speed Internet access (cable, DSL, etc - NO dial up).

Printer for your computer.

You will need a good quality working phone line to take inbound calls from our dialer (no cell phones).

You will need a quiet working environment.

You may work anytime between the hours of 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM.
You are paid weekly for the leads closed the previous week. The most common question asked of us is "How will I know if you closed an appointment I set / or eventual recruit as a result of my originally booked meeting?" By law, Real Estate Associate License's are affiliated with a Brokerage and are displayed in the Public Record, easily searchable on the State's Department of Business and Professional Regulation website. In addition, all of your calls and activity is logged for review, and we deploy digital affiliate links with lifetime cookies to track referred agents. Referral rewards are based on a sliding rank scale; basically, the better you do, the higher your affiliate referral reward can go sergeant.
Starting referral rewards are moderately negotiable and is just the starting point where you will learn our system online and see how your conversions compare to our other recruiters. After that, your reward percentage will be determined by your results from leads compared to the other members of the recruiting team measured by standard Key Performance Indicators.
We have callers that have been with us for years that earn more than $500 per week working part-time from their home.
Earnings are paid to you weekly as an independent contractor with a 1099 form at the end of the year. In addition, because you work as an independent contractor you may reap additional tax benefits and write offs. When you are chosen to work with our company you will get all of this information in writing so you can feel secure in what is expected of you and what the company will pay you.
